Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of flo0.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.
FLO is operated by Manasik Sharaf Ali, Commercial Registration 1560994, Sultanate of Oman.
Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding agreement under Omani law.
Limited editions
Each design is produced in a maximum of ten pieces and is never reproduced. When an edition closes, it closes permanently.
If we ever need to release additional pieces of a design, this will be stated clearly and publicly on that design's page. We will not quietly extend an edition.
Pieces are printed on sheer voile. Slight variation in colour, print position and drape between pieces is a property of the fabric and the printing process, not a fault.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include any applicable tax.
Delivery is 2 OMR, paid in cash to the delivery person on arrival. It is not charged at checkout.
Card payments are processed by Thawani Technologies. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch by email.
We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — where a piece has sold out, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. In any such case you receive a full refund.
Artwork and intellectual property
All artwork, prints, photography, text and design on this site are the property of Manasik Sharaf Ali and are protected by copyright.
Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical piece. It does not transfer any right in the artwork itself. The artwork may not be reproduced, printed, resold as a design, or used commercially without written permission.
You may not copy, scrape or reuse any part of this site for commercial purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, place orders fraudulently, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be updated or corrected at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for faulty goods.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the Omani courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
