Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the Sultanate of Oman only. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Delivery fee
Delivery is 2 OMR, paid in cash to the delivery person on arrival.
This fee is not charged at checkout. The total you pay online covers the piece only.
Delivery time
Every piece is made to order — checked, folded and packed with its edition card by hand — and reaches you within 14 working days of payment being confirmed, anywhere in Oman.
Within Muscat, it is delivered by hand; the delivery person will contact you directly to arrange a time. Elsewhere in Oman, it is sent by local courier, with a tracking reference emailed to you once it leaves us.
Editions and availability
Pieces are dispatched in the order payments are received. If a design closes while a piece is still in your basket, we will contact you within one working day and refund you in full.
Undeliverable orders
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or nobody is reachable, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt at the original delivery cost. Orders unclaimed after 30 days are treated as abandoned and are not refunded.
